Are afraid of knitting socks or simply new to sock knitting? Then start here!  My sock patterns are designed to walk you through the basics of sock knitting.  Each pattern contains links to sock knitting video tutorials on my Youtube channel, EarthtonesGirl Podcast.

NO FEAR SHORTY SOCKS Is a simple shorty/ankle sock designed specially for the beginner.  It is an accompaniment pattern to my No Fear Sock Knitting Class available on my Youtube channel and walks you through every part of knitting a sock.

SOXPLORATION: THE SHADOW WRAP HEEL Is a full length vanilla sock pattern designed for the beginner and experienced knitter. It includes a Shadow Wrap Short Row Heel and links to video tutorials also available on my Youtube channel.

ONE MORE STEP SOCKS This pattern was designed to inspire the not-so-new-anymore sock knitter to take one more step in their sock knitting journey.  Explore a combination cast on, "baby cables" and a Shadow Wrap Short Row Heel.

ALACRITY SOCKS This sock pattern explores the beauty, comfort and durability of applying garter stitch to the heel flap, Dutch/square heel turn and toe. Stockinette stitch options for the heel turn and toe are also provided. If you understand the basics of sock knitting and want to try something new, then this is the pattern for you.

FEARLESS DK WEIGHT SOCKS is a full & shorty length DK weight vanilla sock pattern designed for the beginner and experienced knitter. It includes a Shadow Wrap Short Row Heel, links to video tutorials also available on my Youtube channel and full instructions for customizing the Shadow Wrap Short Row Heel to any yarn weight and sock size.
